1. Reporting Copyright Infringements

Voltrav Management ("Voltrav") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notices

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Legal Department. We will notify the original complaining party and may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Voltrav maintains a strict policy to terminate the services or partnerships of creators who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
